In Guatemala and Costa Rica we were fortunate to meet and see many interesting people living in a world that is very colorful, if often hard. Nevertheless most had an easy smile and a relaxed manner, though more so in Costa Rica than in Guatemala which has a much more recent history of internal conflict.
