Montreal 1968 - Murray's Restaurant was the established favorite morning and mid-day eatery in the downtown area across from the old Morgan's department store opposite Philip's Square. Their pies were particularly renowned by locals in the know. This shot evokes both the texture of Montreal's old downtown alleys and the irony of the upside down sign in the right hand side door window. ©Gerald Diamond All Rights Reserved
